I graduated in Human Resource Management with a clear vision that this is the path I want to follow. I’ve always believed that people are the most important part of any organization – and that’s exactly why I chose to focus on recruitment. To me, recruitment is more than just CVs and interviews – it’s about connecting people with opportunities, listening to their stories, and helping them find the right place.
