For me, being a Recruiter is a dream job. It’s full of variety, meaning, camaraderie, and real people. You can’t truly assess others if you don’t think critically, if you’re not a realist — and a bit of a nonconformist. To understand people, you first have to be human yourself. I believe that to work in Human Resources, you need to be a human resource yourself. I’m a communicative, positive, and bold person — and this is my profession.
